Continuing our tradition of bringing ease of use to high-tech design, IDT LED illuminators deliver the coolest light in structured beams with maximum efficiency and intensity. Our roots are in high-speed imaging and all of our lighting products can be externally triggered for pulsed operation while maintaining the same high luminosity output level as when used in a continuous (100% duty cycle) mode.

IDT lighting systems can be used as stand-alone units or can be combined with highly configurable controllers that drive multiple light heads. These controllers are provided with a programmable user interface via Ethernet and Wifi. The Wifi user interface is easily accessed with an iPod®, iPad®, and iPhone® software interface.

Unlike traditional high-output light sources, IDT LED technology provides an instantly “on” illuminator. We have eliminated waiting for the light source to warm-up, and heat load tolerance of the subject is no longer an issue. LEDs offer long life span illumination and reduced power draw. Since our light is only on when you need it, the power requirements are further reduced, resulting in a dramatic savings compared to traditional lighting systems.

The compact, rugged design and small form factor provide a package that is easily and safely transportable. Each light head model uses standard tripod mounts for easy installation.
